Our founder, Amy, had a track record of success that began when she was young, first published at eight, and had her very first business cards printed by the age of twelve. Since she has consulted hundreds of entrepreneurs and earned her own exit. She attributes her ambitious nature to celebrated family pioneers. She's a cousin of aviator Amelia Earhart and is the thirteenth great-granddaughter of John & Priscilla Alden, Mayflower pilgrims who helped settle and build our country’s great nation. This heritage is rooted in courage, strength, perseverance, and confidence - all of which Amy brings to the table in her business venture, Earhart Alden and Associates.
Amy founded Earhart Alden & Associates based on an observed need for visionaries to be just visionaries. Engineers need to be engineers; tech savants need to be tech savants.., and so on. Yet, high-achieving ideators must also surround themselves with strong business partners and advisors who achieve scalable success in unfamiliar areas. Often, those areas include the go-to-market organization, which include sales, marketing, customer success and product teams. While revenue generation is crucial, along with understanding how ROl is achievable, visionaries must also create scalable product and service capabilities that quickly create executive-level benefits.

ABOUT AMY.
Amy T. Wiegand, Founder
Amy is a go-to-market authority, having worked with the best in small business, tech start-ups, and with notables like Walmart, The Coca-Cola Company, NATO, UPS, local, state, and federal governments, colleges and universities, top ad agencies, and more.
For the past 30 years, Amy has realized revenue generation growth throughout her career and champions business development, brand management, organizational process and implementation, product and digital marketing, public and investor relations, and customer success. Amy is also a master project architect and director, having developed award-winning programs in aviation, technology, and special military operations.
Amy was the first person to facilitate an awarded sUAS training program for The State of Virginia in 2016 while managing a flight school, is an enthusiastic leader of STEM initiatives, and is the proud mom of a college-age daughter.
